I am Sunil Prasad, the mind behind The Psyche Inspire. I am a learner of psychology, with a Master’s degree in the subject and a deep passion for understanding the human mind. This platform is my heartfelt effort to bring psychological awareness closer to everyday life and the mental well-being of the masses.

After serving for almost two decades under the Ministries of Defence (GoI), I experienced firsthand the emotional and mental challenges faced by individuals during crisis situations—be it rescue operations during natural disasters or the invisible stresses of service life. I’ve seen affected people battling post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and emotional breakdowns. At one point, I too sought counseling support to regain emotional balance. These personal and professional experiences planted the seeds of curiosity in me about the world of human psychology.

Later, a turning point in my personal life gave me deeper motivation to study human emotions, behavior, and relationships from a psychological lens. This inspired me to take formal education in psychology. I actively participate in workshops and training sessions conducted by reputed psychologists and mental health organizations.
